Turn left at the intersection of Gandy and Westshore Blvds. Take Westshore north to Kennedy Blvd. Turn left at the intersection with Kennedy for the JCPenney / Saks side of the mall. Drive straight through the intersection with Kennedy and turn left at the next light for the Food Court, Dillard's and Burdines. Howard Frankland Bridge and I-275 South (St. Pete, Largo) Follow signs (on the bridge) for Kennedy Blvd. - SR 60. Exit right off the bridge and continue straight until the intersection with Gardenia or Occident. Turn left at the light into the JCPenney side of the Plaza. I-275 North (North Tampa, USF) and/ or I-4 (Orlando) Take I-4 West to the junction with I-275. Follow I-275 South to Exit 21 (Westshore Blvd.) Turn left at the light and drive under the overpass. The Dillard's side of the Plaza is on the right. I-75 South (Sarasota) Take I-75 North over the Sunshine Skyway Bridge. I-75 becomes I-275. Follow I-275 through St. Petersburg and over the Howard Frankland Bridge. Exit bridge onto Kennedy (SR 60) and turn left into the JCPenney / Saks side of the mall. Veterans Expressway and Courtney Campbell Causeway (Clearwater) Follow signs for SR 60 (East Kennedy Blvd.) Merge onto Memorial Hwy and stay left.
