TAMPA, Fla. (April 2, 2002) - American Freeholds, managing partner of WestShore Plaza, announced today that PF Chang's China Bistro will open its first Tampa Bay location at WestShore Plaza in the first quarter of 2003. PF Chang's will offer diners traditional Chinese cuisine prepared from fresh ingredients, including premium herbs and spices imported directly from China. The 7,000 square feet restaurant will be located adjacent to the mall entrance facing WestShore Boulevard, close to Maggiano's Little Italy and Palm restaurants. "We have been in discussions with PF Chang's for several years about a potential location at WestShore Plaza, and we are very happy that they will move in next to Maggiano's and Palm," said Andrew Galbraith, vice president of American Freeholds.
