OLD NAVY TO OPEN STORE AT WESTSHORE PLAZA THIS FALL

TAMPA, Fla. (August 9, 2000) -WestShore Plaza management announced today that Old Navy will open a 25,000-square-foot store this fall as part of WestShore's ongoing 120,000-square-foot expansion.
"We're truly excited about the addition of Old Navy and the expanded selection of fashion-forward clothing and accessories it offers," said Tom Miles, general manager of WestShore Plaza. "Our goal has always been to change with the times and keep the shopping experience fresh and exciting for our customers."
The Old Navy store will be located in the new AMC theatre wing near the renovated food court, and will open in late October. Old Navy offers fashionable clothing, including jeans, khakis, logo T-shirts, sweats, sleepwear, boxers, and personal care items, for adults, teens and young children. All of the company's products are sold under the Old Navy name.
"Old Navy, and other new tenants we will announce in coming weeks, will enhance the shopping experience at WestShore for the entire family," said Andrew Galbraith of Grosvenor Atlantic, managing partner of WestShore Plaza. "From department stores and specialty shops for mom and dad, to popular clothing stores for teens, and a new movie theatre and restaurants for the entire family, we'll have something for every one."
"As the father of teenagers, I know that Old Navy is a popular name," added Miles. "Old Navy's selection of contemporary fashions will make a nice addition to our existing store mix, and it allows us to serve the needs of the fast-growing teen market."

WestShore Plaza currently is undergoing a 120,000-square foot expansion, which will include a 14-screen state-of-the-art AMC theatre, a variety of new specialty shops, an expanded food court and two restaurants unique to the Tampa Bay area.
